Purpose of
this Role:
A Training and Development Trainee, you will work at large
clients, financial institutions and governmental agencies to conduct, evaluate
and develop employee training programs.
As a Training and Development Trainee support for the Learning and
Development creative design team while facilitating a learning opportunity for
the Intern.
Responsibilities:
- Creates reference-based, procedural content into a digital format
- Creates various training solutions, including job aids, facilitator materials, and computer- based training courses
- Actively participates in departmental meetings and work study efforts.
- Assist with creating / updating content of all training medium
- You will track daily activities of jobs both incoming and outgoing
- Troubleshooting LMS issues and assisting other HR staff with management of evaluations and training outlines
- Assist with policies and procedures
- Other duties assigned as needed
You'll
need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Organizing interviews and selection events.
- Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies.
