Job Scope:
We will be working as a Facilitator and a Consultant to deliver ready program for a particular clients and will Monitoring, coaching and providing feedback to improve performance. Identify process level gaps & analyze root cause of complaints.
Role:
We will be working as a Facilitator and a Consultant to deliver ready program for a particular clients and will Monitoring, coaching and providing feedback to improve performance. Identify process level gaps & analyze root cause of complaints.
Role:
- Develop & implement effective training Programs & Modules.
- Conduct training follow-up session and measuring effectiveness of training.
- Active participation in developing training assessments for participant evaluation.
- Soft Skills (Sales, CS & V&A training) with knowledge of System, Product and Process Training.
- Process Expert Knowledge & Delivery.
- Do TNA (training need analysis).
- Ensure accurate, timely and efficient analysis of all reports pertaining to the trainees performance during the course or training
- Regularly updating training modules.
- Conducting Quarterly / Weekly Refresher Tests for the process.
Responsibilities:
- To conduct workshops for team members
- Situational leadership, feedback, managing and leading teams, stakeholder management (customer focus), business communication, and all the competency programs.
- Design content, modules, case studies, e - learning follow up. Work with groups for e learning.
- Ability to work effectively with different people and teams of people by putting others at ease.
- Cooperating with others and working toward consensual solutions to achieve the group's objectives.
You'll
need:
- Any Grad/PG with 2-6 yrs. Exp in training and coaching.
- Hands on experience in CRT and CSR program training.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good organizational and administrative skills
