1. Understand the job requirement:

It's important to understand that what is the job profile and what position you are applying for and weather it suits your profile or not? Always go through the job description before appearing the interview.

 Identify the strengths and be very clear what kind of candidate the company is looking for. It will help you to decide whether to approach the company or not.

2. Overcome the fear of rejection:

First of all let’s try to understand why we will fear the interview? Answer is very simple! it’s not interview fear but its fear of getting rejected.so, it’s very important to overcome the fear of rejection.so, how to overcome this fear of rejection?

It is very easy to handle this fear, by simply changing your attitude and approach towards interview. Self-confidence is very important in regard. “Always appear in Interview with attitude as in you don’t need this job” YES, you read it right. Always appear in interview with this attitude. If you are not clear about the question, ask the interviewer to repeat the question

Say, 'I don't know', if you don't know the answer

If you are asked a tricky question, and you do not know or are not confident about your answer, then say, 'I am sorry, sir, but I do not know the answer to this question.'

The interviewers are fine if you don't know the answer, but would not like to listen to any faulty or wrong answers.

If you do not know the answer, it is a good idea to tell the interviewer that you can find out the answer.

Ask where can you research, who can you ask, etc. to find the answer.

This is reassuring to the interviewer.

7. Be Honest and Flexible:

Always be honest during interview. If u don’t know any answer just accept the same rather trying to give wrong answers. Besides knowledge, organizations give lot of importance to people who are honest in approach and also flexible in their approach.
